Return Policy

       Customer satisfaction is important to us and we do our best to maintain high standards of hygiene.  Due to nature of our products we can’t accept returns. However, in the unlikely event of defective, damaged or wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at orders@reyo.in within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

Upon the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time. Once your return request has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and the amount will be transferred via the same payment mode used while placing the order.

 

Cancellation Policy

      You can cancel order from order details page . You just need to give valid reason for cancellation or if you face any trouble to cancel order, please contact us on orders@reyo.in  

Note - Orders can be only cancel till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
